This document defines the limits of liability of the Redream online platform for realtors (hereinafter, the Site), owned by Redream Proptech LLC (hereinafter, the Administration), regarding the use of templates, materials, and tools provided on the Site.

The Site Administration does not provide or offer individual legal, accounting, tax, or other professional advice.
2. No legal warranty
No document, form, or template available on the Site constitutes legal advice, an official opinion, or a substitute for consulting a qualified specialist.
The Site Administration does not guarantee:
- the legal validity of any document in a specific situation;
- full compliance with the requirements of a specific law or jurisdiction;

3. User responsibility
The User independently decides whether to use templates and bears full responsibility for proper application, suitability for their purposes, and legal consequences.
The Site Administration is not liable for any losses, disputes, damages, loss of profit, or other consequences resulting from the use of posted materials.
The User must:
- adapt templates to their own situation;
- seek professional legal assistance when necessary.
4. Platform liability limitations
The Platform does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site and does not guarantee the absence of technical failures.
The Site may contain links to third-party resources. The Administration is not responsible for the content, security, availability, or legality of such resources.
The Administration may at any time modify, update, or remove any template, instruction, or Site functionality without prior notice to users.
5. Intellectual property
All materials published on the Site, including templates, texts, explanations, design elements, and graphics, are the property of the Site Administration or are used on legal grounds.
Any copying, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
Copyright infringement may result in civil, administrative, and criminal liability in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
6. Final provisions
By using the Site, the User confirms that they understand and accept the above terms.
If the User disagrees with these terms, they must stop using the Site and delete downloaded materials.
This Disclaimer applies regardless of User registration status, access method, or manner of using the materials.
